What Our Guests Are Saying... 

Although Reno will never be Las Vegas, I was immensely impressed with your casino staff. (Far better than Vegas) In particular, a server named Vera and a lady from Poland, tall, blond hair about 28 (sorry I didn't get her name!). Most of all, I am impressed with a server named Kevalin! She made me feel most welcome; she was quick with the drinks, and her friendly demeaner made me spend far more money than I planned! I have been in the customer service service business for 30+ years, and if I had a presence in Reno, I would be diligent at stealing her away! Again, I felt more welcome at a casino than I ever have in Vegas!

I travel a lot and stay in many hotels. This was the best experience I've EVER had. I love this hotel. The people are friendly and helpful. The room was amazing and set up for comfort along with business travel (Loved the bath tub/spa). The room service was AMAZING. I ordered the Salmon and it tasted spectacular. The guy that delivered the room service was excellent. The maid service was great! I can't say enough about your hotel. I didn't get to venture out much to check everything out because of work but from what I experienced, it was really cool. The Bell desk helped me print out boarding pass, very helpful.

The Silver Legacy is my favorite place to stay in Reno. I will return again soon. I do recommend and have recommended the Legacy to friends as the best place to stay. Wow. That was good. Seriously. I have been to more than a few buffets in my life and I am typically left unsurprised. The Flavors Buffet was exceptional.

Just a note of thanks to the staff at the Silver Legacy Steakhouse. We have always had exceptional service from Gary (Asst. Maitre D') and Servers Ishrae, Donald, and Sean. These gentelmen exemplify service and graciousness. Please commend them for me and know that I and my guests we will be back because of them! Job well done.
