Silver Baron Mother’s Day Champagne Brunch will be serving guests from 9am to 2pm. Silver Legacy has put together everything from Snow Crab Legs and Chilled Shrimp to Bow Tie Pasta, Marinated Vegetable Salad, Italian Cured Meats and Smoked Trout. Choose from a cornucopia of flavors like the Antipasto Vegetable tray, Oriental Shrimp & Calamari Salad, Garden fresh Tomatoes with Mozzarella and fresh watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew and strawberries. Breakfast items include Hickory smoked bacon and link sausage, fresh baked Cheese stuffed Blintz’, Eggs Benedict and country style potatoes and the always delicious, made to order Omelets. Guests can also choose from slow roasted Prime Rib, Honey Baked Bone-in Ham and Roast Breast of Turkey accompanied by creamed cranberry sauce & Horseradish Dijon mustard. Additionally, sample Breast of Chicken with Porcini Sauce, fresh Pacific Salmon, Tortellini Alfredo, Ravioli Bolognaise, Pork Loin and fried Chicken. Sterling’s Mother’s Day Sunday Champagne Brunch is pulling out all the stops for Mother’s Day and will be serving a special meal fit for the queen in your life from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Choose from fresh Roast Prime Rib, baked Bone-in Ham, Petite Filet Mignon with Shiitake mushrooms, Asian Beef with Black Beans, Pasta Primavera, Oysters Rockefeller, Fresh Salmon, Basa & Asparagus with Sesame-soy Sauce and Polenta with Sundried Tomatoes & Crab. The Omelet Station, for the discerning guest, offers over 20 items to add to create the perfect omelet. Along with classic favorites like Eggs Benedict with homemade Hollandaise, bacon, link sausage and fresh Belgian Waffles, selections include Raw Oysters on the half shell, Smoked Salmon, Smoked Idaho Trout, Snow Crab Legs and chilled peeled & deveined Shrimp.
