Sterling's Sunday Champagne Brunch is a sumptuous selection of live action entrée stations, gourmet omelets, salads, breads, and much more topped off with a complimentary choice of Domaine Ste. Michelle Brut or Bisol Jeio Prosecco Sparkling Wines, Mimosa or Bellini.

Restaurant and Wine Director

Philip DeManczuk is the Restaurant and Wine Director at the Silver Legacy Resort Casino's award winning Sterling's Seafood Steakhouse in Reno, NV. He is currently featured in 13 episodes as the on air wine consultant for the KNPB/PBS show “Cooking from the Heart” (view a clip of the show here). He has worked for and been associated with the Carano family and the Ferrari Carano Winery for some 30 years. Philip has had the privilege and pleasure of personally observing the Ferrari Carano family of wines grow from 2 one hundred gallon stainless steel fermentation tanks in a barn in the back of Don and Rhonda Carano's summer home in Sonoma to a stable of three distinct stand alone wineries encompassing 5 different appellations that include 19 ranches and total some 1,400 acres throughout northern California's wine country.
