Q: What is the Check-In/Check-Out time?
A: Check-In time begins at 3 pm/Check-Out time is 11 am.
Q: Do you offer airport shuttle service?
A: Silver Legacy offers guests a daily airport shuttle service. The shuttle departs from the hotel at the top of the hour and the bottom of the hour from 5 am until 11:00 pm and departs from the airport 15 minutes after the hour and 15 minutes before the hour from 5:15 am until 11:45 pm. Upon your arrival at the Reno-Tahoe International Airport, proceed to the baggage claim area and follow the signage directing you to the general airport shuttle area to board the Silver Legacy shuttle.
Q: Alarm clocks?
A: Yes, wake up service is also available through the hotel operator.
Q: Cable TV?
A: Yes, Silver Legacy offers CNBC, AMC, Weather Channel, ABC, NBC, CBS, PBS, FOX, Nickelodeon, TNT, TBS, Cartoon Channel, MSNBC, CNN, CNN - Headline News, ESPN, Convention Information Channel, KENO Channel and Casino Games Channel.
Q: Do hotel guests have Internet access?
A: WiFi access for up to two devices is included in the daily resort fee of $15.00 plus tax.
Q: Coffee Makers?
A: Yes, all rooms and suites are equipped with coffee makers. In addition, SIPS Coffee & Tea, located in the hotel lobby, is open from 6 am daily.

A: On limited availability only, on a first come, first serve basis. If a wheelchair is available, Silver Legacy requires a driver's license or credit card to be left with the Bell Desk while the chair is in use. The driver's license or credit card will be returned when the chair is brought back. There is no charge for the use of wheelchairs. Advanced reservations are welcome through the Bell Desk.
Q: What is the charge for more than 2 adults in a room?
A: Hotel room rates are based on single/double occupancy. The fee for each additional occupant (aged 13 years and older) is $10.00 per night plus tax. Washoe County room tax is 13.5% (subject to change). Silver Legacy charges a $15 plus tax Resort Fee per day per room. A $3.00 nightly Tourism Surcharge will apply to all reservations.
Q: What is the gambling age?
A: The gambling age is 21; valid identification is required.
Q: How old do you have to be to check into the hotel?
A: Because Silver Legacy is a gaming establishment; guests must be 21 to check into a hotel room.
Q: Do you have childcare?
A: We do not provide childcare, but there are several licensed and bonded services listed in the phone book. Many advertise their services available seven days a week, 24 hours a day.
Q: What is your hotel cancellation policy?
A: We require 24-hour notice prior to your arrival date for a full refund. 48-hour cancellation notice is required during holiday and special event periods.
Q: Do you allow pets in the hotel?
A: No, with the exception of certified service animals with documentation.
Q: How may I receive a fax at the hotel?
A: Guests of Silver Legacy can receive faxes through the Business Center in the Valet Lobby. The fax number is 775-325-7474. After hours, guests can pick up faxes at the hotel front desk. There is a nominal fee to send or receive faxes.
Q: Do you have workout facilities?
A: Silver Legacy hotel guests are invited to enjoy our Award winning Health Spa. The Health Spa is located on the 4th floor.
The Health Spa features state-of-the-art cardiovascular exercise equipment and a range of free weights. The Health Spa also has a whirlpool bath, steam room and Swedish sauna located in both the male and female locker rooms. In addition, massage therapy is offered daily. Q: Do you have a pool?
A: The Health Spa features an outdoor seasonal heated pool and whirlpool bath on our outdoor sundeck, open daily from 8 am to 8 pm. Our pool is generally open from May through October and our whirlpool bath is available year-round. Silver Legacy hotel guests can use these amenities for free. For Circus Circus and Eldorado Hotel Casino guests, the pool and whirlpool are included in the fee with the daily spa pass. An adult must accompany children ages 18 and younger.

Q: Does Silver Legacy have a wedding chapel?
A: While we do not have an on-site wedding chapel, we can accommodate weddings and receptions in any of our convention areas. For more details, please call our catering department at 1-800-687-7733 or 325-7143 in Reno. Silver Legacy's sister property, Circus Circus Reno, opened the Chapel of the Sierra in January 2003. Q: Does Silver Legacy have parking?
A: Yes, we have both free self and valet covered parking garages. Limited oversize and RV parking is available off property; please contact Valet upon arrival.
Q: What do the rooms look like?
A: With over 1,700 guest rooms featuring two queen or one king bed. Newly renovated, each exudes sophistication and comfort with features like rich modern furniture and sleek plush carpeting, fine linen bedding with triple sheeting and damask throws, new 32” LCD televisions and ergonomically designed desks. With pillow top mattresses on each of our beds and functional workspaces for business guests, our rooms are perfect for those looking to stay for both work and play. All of our accommodations in Reno are equipped with wireless Internet access.
Q: Do the rooms have a bathtub or shower?
A: All rooms have a bathtub and shower combination with the exception of some handicap-accessible rooms, which feature a roll-in shower.
Q: Can I collect a winning Sportsbook bet by mail?
A: Yes, after you have filled out the information on the back of the ticket, which includes name and address, you can mail your ticket to the below address. Your winnings will be returned within approximately three weeks. Please note that $1 will be deducted from the winnings for shipping and handling.
