Sterling Star Awards are given out to team members who come in with exemplary attitudes and are committed to peak performance. We use these awards to recognize those who show their willingness to help others beyond what their standard job description includes; we thank these individuals for going above and beyond with random acts of kindness to co-workers and guests and also recognize their excellent daily performance.
