The entrée is a celebration unto itself featuring a pair of Filet Mignon Medallions, blackened and served with Cajun Dirty Rice, smothered in spicy shrimp Creole. This delectable meal finishes with a deep dish Bourbon Pecan Chocolate Chip tart with Frangelico Anglaise sauce. At $42 per person, this is your opportunity to eat, drink and be merry! Featuring Chicken and Seafood Jambalaya with Cajun rice for $11.50 per person, it feels like you are right there on the Baylou!
