RENO, NV (March 8, 2017) – Everyone’s a little bit Irish on St. Patrick’s Day and that includes Pearl Oyster Bar and Café Central at the Silver Legacy who will both be offering Irish faire on March 17. Pearl’s specialty will include a dill-seared salmon with wilted kale salad, buttered parsley marble potatoes and baby carrots with a Bailey’s Irish cream sauce for $17. Café Central will serve a three course meal with spinach salad, a braised lamb shank with whiskey reduction, cabbage potato cake and roasted carrots and a country apple cake for dessert for $16.95. Both specials will be offered from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
